Fantastic breakfast, excellent poached eggs! Hotel is really easy to walk to from the train station and to the concert venue - Civic Hall (main reason we chose it). Blackout curtains and glazing kept light & traffic noise out.

The staff were courteous and where able to accommodate my last minute request in changing the rooms. The breakfast was great and there is quite a selection to pick from which worked well with me as my children are picky eaters and where able to have something to eat.

Everything! The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was fresh and really good. The hotel had a lovely welcoming feel but the staff really made our stay great. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all so friendly. Will definitely be going back!
