Great location close to airport using hotel shuttle bus for late night flights. Very large room. Excellent breakfast. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful with directions.
In its hey day it was a very beautiful and prestigious hotel. Facilities are getting a bit tired now but the original quality still shows.

Narita feels like a transitory space - so many tourists seem to stay there for a night (like I did) so they can catch a flight or to recuperate before heading to Tokyo, but the city itself is gorgeous! We went to an izakaya that served local produce and chicken, a charming shopping street, and one of the most gorgeous (and uncrowded) temple complexes I have been to in both Tokyo and Kyoto. The attached park was a lovely place to wander, and there are cats everywhere too! I wish I'd booked an extra night or two to explore some more since it seems like a lovely city that deserves it's own stay.

Everything was just perfect!
Everything was just perfect! The rooms very clean, beds very comfortable, food excellent, the free shuttle is a plus but the day we went to the outlet the bus didn't pick up passengers, so we have to pay a taxi.

I only stayed 10hrs (overnight) but had the impression that I should return one day and explore the area as it is spacious and the hotel I stayed at was awesome! It looked quite rural in parts and original housing so was quite a treat to bus through on way to the airport. I would love to list what they offer but at this stage I don't know. One day I will ! It seems to offer huge potential for overseas travellers or city to country travellers. I think I've missed out on a lot this time.

Narita is a charming and friendly little city. We didn't have time to explore everything about it. Known for its temples there is every opportunity for good photos. Loads of places and choices to eat.

We needed a place to stay near the airport as we had an early flight so chose two nights here. We actually got t the airport from Tokyo then used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the hotel which saved us the hassle of figuring out trains/buses. We used the shuttle the following day to go to the mall for last minute shopping. Then again the next day early to get us to the airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Would like to have been there longer to explore local sights.
Needed a hotel for a night to stay in while waiting for another flight the next morning and Narita Rest House was perfect for this. The rooms and hotel itself are quite dated, like a throw back to decades ago. There's signs of wear and tear and the amenities are what you might expect because of that, with some upgrades. However despite the age of the room and hotel, they are kept clean which is all I wanted. For an overnight stay it's good for what it is. There's a regular airport shuttle to take you to the terminals nearby too.
Small but very comfortable room. Very convenient to get to and from the airport with the hotel shuttle bus. Restaurant was nice with an interesting view of the runway.
The price was very reasonable, and I was surprised by how nice the hotel was given that it must mostly cater to travellers doing overnight stopovers. Would definitely stay again in the future if I had to pass through Narita airport.
Location of this hotel in proximity to Narita Airport was fantastic. We could walk to the airport (once knowing the best walking path) in about 15minutes. The best method of traveling between the hotel and the airport was via the free shuttle bus which ran frequently. Arrived early and was able to store our luggage until check-in. There's also a 24hr Lawson in the lobby which is really convenient.
Amazing location near the airport. Free shuttle bus to/from airport and Narita station. Fluent English speaking staff. Pool, sauna and bath which I didn't have time to use, but it's nice to know it's there.
Also I needed to change my booking to a new date and they were so gracious and supportive in assisting me with that. Very easy communication with the hotel.
Hotel is around 20-30 min shuttle from Narita Airport. Shuttel stops at other hotels too. There is also a shuttle to Narita train station which takes about 20 min. From there it is like 1,5 hours to Tokyo.
Room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was good.
Some restaurants/supermarkets around. Hotel has it's own little store as well.
The shuttle bus was really convenient as it made frequent trips to and from the hotel and Narita airport. There's a convenience store located near the hotel entrance that accepts VISA and other major bank cards, which was super handy as we came straight from the airport without any cash. The carbonara from the convenience store is a must-try!
I loved many things about my short stay including the grand size of the hotel, the staff at reception at midnight!, the included breakfast in my deal, the free shuttle to airport, and even the 24/7 conbini that was right next door! If you drive the car park is very large too! I would happily stay there again and explore Narita better. 10/10
Tobu's main advantage is that it serves as an airport hotel which allows you to take an early flight the next day, or as rest if you fly in late in the evening. It serves this purpose well as it is near the airport and provides free transport to T1 and T2 Narita. Rooms are spacious and clean, with efficient staff ensuring a quick check in.
A very good airport hotel! The complimentary shuttle runs every 30 minutes between hotel and Narita airport, and always on time. Hotel room and bathroom quite large by Japan standards. There was a dinner buffet which had a good selection: a steak carving station, tempura, soft Serve ice cream, several other dishes.
I stayed one night here because my flight was very early the day after. I have been really positively surprised about this hotel: staff ultra friendly, clean, cheap and a delicious breakfast.
Narita city is very easy to reach: take the free hotel shuttle to the airport then the train to Narita city (only 1 stop).
It is an airport hotel that’s about 20 minutes from Narita International. There was a smart tv in the room that allowed us to sign into our Netflix. And the view was surprisingly nice. There’s a 7 Eleven located inside the hotel. Hotel shuttle that takes you to the airport is very convenient.
We were catching a flight from narita airport and the shuttle to and from made our travel so pleasant. We got a good night sleep at the hotel. Didn’t feel rushed to arrive for our flight. The grounds around the lake are beautiful.
Perfect place to begin a trip in Japan. Close by the airport, but also close to an amazing sightseeing spot. I’ve stayed in Narita multiple times and highly suggest staying by Narita San instead of the hotels out by the airport.
Best & most affordable option if you need to catch an early flight at Narita Airport. Capsule hotel with basic amenities. Good for one night or just to have a shower & catch a few hours of rest before your flight.
Nice vintage hotel with a 70’s vibe, well maintained and renovated restaurant room in the last floor with amazing breakfast and view.
Great value for a night stay on transit to or from Narita Airport.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. 10 mins walk away from Narita Station and 5 mins walk from Aeon town. The shuttle services adds more convenience when travelling to and from airport.
Bus shuttle free service to Narita Tokyo airport. Room and bathroom are spacious by Tokyo hotel standard. Breakfast good.
Double Room price excellent at AUD$142.
Very convenient location, near Narita. They offer a shuttle to and from NRT. The hotel has several restaurants in-house. It's your best bet near the airport.
