I did lose my expensive stuff and when I left I forgot them I called them from different country and I talked to serena the maneger and el Saad They found the stuff and kept it for me at lost and found very trustworthy Thanks to them and the whole crew are very polite I recommend this hotel to anyone I give it 5 star

The breakfast buffet was a simple European food, but it was a good quality compared to a 4 star hotel that I stayed at in the area. I really like how fresh their yoghurts, fruits, vegetables and cheese were. The staff were nice and helpful, whenever I needed anything. Also Marmara Park was only a 7 mins walk from this hotel. The location was good as everything was close by.
